I have 2 Itsy Bitsy Yoga Classes and 1 Infant Massage being offered this week.

Thursday November 13th at Pharmaca Novato - FREE!
11am - 11:30: Infant Massage
Noon - 12:30: Itsy Bitsy Yoga

Fridays at World Dance Fitness in San Ansemo
11:30 - 12:30: Itsy Bitsy Yoga
Class is 5 weeks - $100 plus $25 registration fee that includes a gift!
I can do drop-in classes if you only want to take 1 or 2. I need at least 1 week notice and each individual class is $25.

World Dance Fitness

Starting Thursday November 7th Itsy Bitsy Yoga is coming to San Anselmo!!!

Where: World Dance Fitness, 40 Greenfield Ave, San Anselmo (In the heart of the HUB)

When: 5 weeks, Starting Thursday November 7th @ 11:30am. No class on Thanksgiving!

Who: Babies ages 3 weeks to pre-crawling

Price: $100 for 5 week class

Football Sunday Itsy Bitsy Yoga Class

To celebrate the start of Football Season, I am starting a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga Class on Sunday afternoons.

Hello All!

I just booked 2 more Demo Dates at Pharmaca in Novato for the Fall.

Thursday October 9th - Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga @ 11am & Infant Massage @ Noon

Thursday November 13th - Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga @ 11am & Infant Massage @ Noon

Each Demo Class is 30 minutes in length and is an introduction to the class that I teach.

I am trying to get into a Yoga Studio in San Rafael to broaden my horizons and to accommodate people south of Novato. I will still be teaching at the OptimaLearning Center in Novato.

The Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga Class is OFFICIALLY starting Tuesday September 16th @ 11am. It's not too late to sign-up. This class is for babies 3 weeks to pre-crawling. If 11am does not work for you please let me know so that when I start my next class, I can get a feel for a better time for a majority of people. Hope to see you all next week!

OptimaLearning Center Open House

Elephant Pharmacy & OptimaLearning Center

Hi! I will be at the Open House for the OptimaLearning Center in Novato (120 Landing Ct, Ste A) on Saturday August 30th from 10-1pm. I will have sign-up sheets to make it even easier to sign up for classes.

I will also be at Elephant Pharmacy Wednesday September 3rd teaching a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga Demo Class from Noon-1pm.
